I’m Jeff. For about 20 years I worked for the biggest HVAC companies in the Boise / Treasure Valley market — the shops everybody already knows.

That time wasn’t wasted. I learned how those companies run jobs, how they train techs, how they price, how they talk to customers, and where the cracks show up when the model is built for volume instead of one household at a time.

I also learned what I wouldn’t do if it was my name on the truck. So I built The Guy Boise around a simpler standard: show up, tell the truth, price the work before it starts, and leave the system better than I found it — the kind of guy you’d actually refer to a neighbor.
